Before John Mitchell Real Estate was a part of theDirectivefamily, they were using a CMS backend for their site with which we were already very familiar. After much research, presentations, and meetings with turn-key real estate software providers, it was unanimously decided to stick with John Mitchell Real Estate's current CMS, but to heavily modify it to suit their needs.

Working closely with the region's Multiple Listing Service, while designing a fresh new layout and brand, the end result is a site that we're very proud of. Properties that are added to the MLS in the area apply to the site automatically within 24 hours. When the status of a listing is changed on the MLS, the changes are synced with John Mitchell Real Estate as well.

The site boasts a great user interface and plenty of options for searching and browsing listings, and makes it easy for users to get as much information about a property as possible. Users also have the option to sign up to save their favorite listings and searches, making the site a convenient research tool for potential buyers.
