The JoomConnect Platform bridges ConnectWise with the Joomla! CMS.

JoomConnect, Directive's Software Division, offers a platform for I.T. and MSP providers to link their ConnectWise PSA with their website.  The JoomConnect website has our software running under the hood, syncronizing users, generating new opportunities, and giving clients easy, one-click access to the Help Desk.

ConnectWise is a complete PSA for IT companies and MSP providers, and has been Directive's choice platform for managing tickets, opportunities, projects, and clients.  In development for over a year, JoomConnect started out as a Joomla CMS plugin to allow one-click sign-in access from our website to our Client Portal.  Over time we discovered the immense capabilities a complete bridge between Joomla and ConnectWise would have on the industry.

The JoomConnect Website is integrated with our JoomConnect bridge, with modules that allow for easy ticket generation, control over Marketing Groups, and user login that syncs with ConnectWise.
