These user events are spread over nine regions and held every quarter, the team from JoomConnect attended the ConnectWise Nor’Easter User Group Meeting, which this quarter was held in Providence, RI.

The ConnectWise user group meetings are lead by knowledgeable facilitators that help guide group discussions about popular trends, issues and also identified and examined by the group of ConnectWise partners. At this most recent user group meeting, the team from JoomConnect learned about all things ConnectWise, as well as employee relations. This included, learning about the new CW updates, and ways to use CW to improve internal processes, like scheduling, dispatching tickets, and delegating projects. Other CW topics presented at the user group meeting were: “Hiring, Training, and Retaining Employees,” “A Sneak Peek at ConnectWise 2012.2,” and “Optimizing the automation power of CW in you business.” These regional user group meetings are in line with the ConnectWise mission of helping companies be the best they can be by listening to the challenges of their partners and providing solutions.
