IT Engineer

We are looking for motivated IT engineers to join our team and contribute to servicing our clients. Ideal candidates should excel in solving complex problems and demonstrate a preference for working with a team to tackle demanding computing challenges.

Our IT team plays a crucial role in keeping our clients' users connected and are responsible for tackling tech challenges including; identifying, documenting and troubleshooting user computing issues to resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.

This position requires dedication, persistence, follow-up, effective utilization of provided resources and the ability to research resolutions as needed. Any applicant should be eager to advance their technical skills through ongoing training opportunities.

Job duties include utilizing our professional services automation solution along with other service-specific tools and technologies to deliver onsite user support services and update service request information and collaborate and work with other staff and vendor support resources to resolve issues.

Minimum Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of hardware
  • Knowledge of Microsoft software applications: Windows 10 & 11, O365, a plus would be Windows Server, Active Directory knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with users and vendors
  • Passion for teamwork, continuing education, problem solving and exceptional customer service
  • Must be well spoken, outgoing, organized, detailed-oriented, dependable and flexible
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance\
  • Reliable transportation

This Position Entails:

  • Troubleshooting user problems remotely and onsite
  • Accurate documentation of all activities conducted
  • The ability to manage, maintain, troubleshoot and support our users’ networks, equipment, software and services
  • The desire to take on assigned projects and follow through to completion in a timely manner
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements

Salary Range:

  • $41,600 - $62,400
