Sales Engineer

Responsible for actively driving and managing the evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as a key advisor and product advocate for our services. The Sales engineer must be able to articulate our services and products to both the business and technical users. Must be able to identify technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.

Level 1 IT Engineer

We are currently seeking a customer service engineer (Level 1) with the drive and determination to help us support our client base. The responsibility of the Level 1 technician will be to perform basic triage on inbound customer calls and service and escalate customer issue as appropriate to Level 2 & 3 Engineers. Growth and training is encouraged, we like to promote from within. If you have drive and the desire, we’d like to talk to you.

Level 2 IT Engineer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled engineer with the drive and determination to help us support our client base. This position reports to our Service Manager. We are looking for an individual who is a problem-solver and has a proven track record of working within a team environment to successfully address challenging user computing issues, and is accustomed to leveraging technical training opportunities to improve their skills. Web Designer

We’re looking for a web designer who will be working with our internal web team on a variety of projects primarily involved in website design and development, including support requests. Our web designers are responsible for researching, publishing, and maintaining the display of information for our clients websites and website applications through templates, artwork, design standards, and content management systems.

Copywriter / Blogger

We are seeking full-time copywriters/bloggers to add to our existing content team. You will work closely with the our marketing team to generate creative ideas and concepts to promote our clients brands. You must be able to write clear, persuasive, and original copy about technology-related concepts. This position includes the opportunity to write for print, web, and video. We are looking for someone that is knowledgeable in computers and tech concepts, a good communicator, flexible, a team player, and willing to go the extra mile.

Video Editor/Filmmaker

Directive is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Video Editor who is proficient with Adobe Premiere and After Effects. We are looking for someone who loves making engaging videos in an environment that promotes teamwork, creativity and professionalism.

Website / Hosting Support Engineer

Directive is looking for a full-time website and hosting support engineer to join our team. The position will entail working on a wide variety of projects; most of them involving the maintenance, and optimization of the core infrastructure that drives our web business. We are looking for a person that is detail oriented, with an understanding of linux, the importance of security and uptime for our clients. The candidate would be responsible for managing the infrastructure of our shared, reseller, cloud, and web hosting customers.

Developer

We’re looking for a PHP developer who will be working with our internal application development team to develop new features for our enterprise application integration, create and test patches to our software, and to implement automation tools to help free up other internal resources from repetitive tasks.
